For retail customers:We offer next-day curbside pickup Tuesday through Saturday.
Please call the store at 413-397-3587 to place an order. If you can't get through to a staff member, please hang up and try again. (We don't always see messages right away.)
Pickup hours are 8am-7pm, Tuesday-Saturday. When you arrive, call 413-397-3587 or 413-397-3598. We will bring your order out to you. We are experiencing a large volume of phone calls at this time, so if you can’t get through, please wait a moment and try again.
For wholesale customers:
- We are accepting online orders for both pick-up and delivery to wholesale customers.
- To set up a wholesale account, please email firstname.lastname@example.org
- Once your account is created, you can navigate to the online store by clicking the "Product List" in the menu at the top of this page.
- From the drop-down menu on the left, select the pick up or delivery day for your location. We offer the following options:
- on-farm pick ups Monday through Saturday
- local, Western Mass delivery on Tuesday and Friday
- Boston area delivery on Tuesday and Friday
- Boston area delivery on Wednesday and Saturday
- To add an item to your order, click the + symbol next the to item name, enter the quantity you would like, and click “Add to Order”.
- Continue to add items to your order until you have everything you need, then click “Confirm Order”.
- You will receive an order confirmation email once we receive your order and it will be ready for pick up or delivery on the specified day.
- On farm pickup hours are 12pm-5pm on Monday and 6am-5pm on Tuesday-Saturday. Pickup location is 635 River Road, Deerfield, MA 01342.

Online Ordering FAQ
Q: The site won't let me add items to my cart. What's wrong?
A: Before you add items to your cart, you must select a pickup day from the drop-down menu on the left-hand side of the product page. If you have selected a day that is not open for ordering, you will be unable to proceed.
Q: I placed an order. Can I add something?
A: You can add items to an online order, even after you've confirmed the order. Return to the products page and add the items just as you did when you created your initial order.
Q: I added something to my order by mistake! How do I delete it?
A: You can use the edit icon next to the item in your shopping cart to adjust the ordered quantity. If you want to remove an item, adjust the quantity to zero.
Q: I entered my credit card on the site, but the confirmation email says I still need to pay.
A: No worries! We won't charge your card until we've packed up your order, so as long as your card information has been added to your online account, you're all set. We will contact you if we need additional information.
